Entrepreneur, expert on future of work and digital transformation, he directed the Research Center and School of Communication and Management of IED, the European Institute of Design, and co-founded Talent Garden Innovation School, a leading business school on digital and innovation issues, with five locations throughout Europe: Milan, Dublin, Copenhagen, Vienna and Madrid.

He is a member of the boards of Save the Children Italia, ScuolaZoo and i40Saas.

He has written six books: Generazione Mille Euro, translated into seven languages which become a movie, Generazione Mille Euro RMX, the version launched for the 10 years of the best seller, the novel Berlin I am and three nonfiction books: Jobbing, È facile cambiare l’Italia se sai come farlo, La Repubblica degli Innovatori.
He also edited Tag Books, the first Italian series on digital innovation, with 15 successful titles published by Egea, publishing house of Bocconi University.
